At Bitmap we’re obsessed with game art, from screenshots and box designs to concept illustrations and classic arcade flyers. We’re also a design-led publisher, creating books that offer as much to look at as read. We know our readers love game art and retro tech just as much as we do too. We wanted to recognise that shared passion with a huge artwork competition that gives you the chance to win a truly special limited edition piece.
Binary Counting by Arlo Sinclair presents a print of the artist's remarkable, playful oil paint and mixed media interpretation of a classic Apple Macintosh 3.5-inch floppy disk. Limited to just 100 prints, and sold for £595.00, it's already sold out, but our competition gives you a chance to win a brilliant, rare, and valuable display piece printed with cutting edge methods that capture the original work.
And that’s not all. The winner will also receive a copy of Bitmap’s own The Secret History of Mac Gaming: Expanded Edition; the perfect complement to Binary Counting.
*To be in with a chance of winning, simply follow Bitmap Books on Twitter, and retweet the competition post to make a single entry. Winner will be chosen at random on May 1st. Good luck!
